Preparing and Submitting Documents: This is the delivery of signed required documents to us. Since notarization is not required, documents can be completed in approximately 1 hour.
Document Verification and Approval: Your submitted documents are verified by us and approved within 2-3 hours, completing your application.
The trademark approval process may take an average of 5-12 months; if approved, you can obtain ownership over the trademark by paying 9.990,00 ₺ (Onay Harcı:7.010,00 ₺ + Sertifika Ücreti:2.890,00 ₺).Trademark Acceptance and Opposition Process: The trademark is fully approved as a result of search, opposition evaluation, and comprehensive examinations; this process can take 5-12 months.
