DATA CENTER STANDARDS
General Features
High reliability, redundant infrastructure and service terms valid across all cabinet services.
Servers are hosted in Yöncü Datacenter located in Umraniye/Istanbul.
Unlimited additional IPv4 or IPv6 addresses can be obtained post co-location service acquisition as per needs.
Shared bandwidth group is provided divided into 1 Gbit/s lines.
Bandwidth traffic monitoring panel is provided free of charge (activated upon line limiting request approval).
Additionally, for special bandwidth requests, the cost per 100 Mbps is 9.600,00 ₺ (Min 100 Mbit increment).
If the electricity limit included in the package is exceeded, the cost for each additional 1 Ampere is 3.750,00 ₺.
Bulk co-location is available for 13U, 26U and 39U cabinet rentals; other packages are for single hardware.
KVM support for remote setup after package period expiry is billed at 300,00 ₺/Hour.
Monthly traffic overages are billed at 200,00 ₺ per TB.
Power connections are provided up to the hosted U size. Additional power request is billed at 200,00 ₺/Month.
Cat7 connection is provided for our full cabinet customers. 10 Gbit/s Fiber Uplink is provided on paid basis upon request.
Electricity billing is done for all cabinets by measuring and providing as 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3 with Ammeters.
All our customers can benefit from the provided standard protection packages free of charge.
No intra-cabinet switch is included in 13U, 26U and 39U services; you must provide or rent the switch.
Switch, Router, Protection Systems, Cabinet Rails can be rented from our company if needed.
Our customers can visit the data center 24/7 by making an appointment at least one hour in advance.
Our data center is at Tier 3 standards. 2x 300 KWA UPS and 3x 300 KWA Generators are available.
Network infrastructure is provided redundantly with 2 different independent uplink networks.
External private /24 IPv4 or /32 IPv6 class usage fee is 3.500,00 ₺. (1.400,00 ₺/Month Announce + 2.100,00 ₺ Protection)
Intermediation is provided for purchasing private Ripe IP class upon customer request.
