PHP Api sorunu

Merhaba, sms gönderimi sağlayamıyorum bir türlü kodlara bir bakın nerede sorn var çünkü kullanıcı adı, şifre veya diğer herhangi birini yazmayınca eksik hatası geliyor ancak hepsini yazınca durum algılanamadı diyor.
